The ABC's of Closing

Close more sales without feeling awkward or scripted.

  • Know what to say on every stage of your calls.
  • Handle objections with respect and confidence.
  • Sell with integrity: educate first, so you can close naturally.

If any of this sounds like you, you’re in the right place

You’re new, and the training didn’t prepare you for what the job is really like

You were handed a phone, a CRM, and a goal. Nobody really taught you how to talk to people 🫣

You feel weird asking for the sale

Everything goes great during the call, but when it’s time to close… you hesitate, start rambling, and the moment slips away 🍂

You hear an objection and your confidence drops

When you hear "It's too expensive", "I’m already covered", or "I need to talk to my spouse", you wish you had a clean, strategic response 💁‍♀️

You want to sell with integrity

You don't like to use pressure tactics, it's just not you. You want to protect people and build a book that lasts 💎

Here's what you'll learn:

📞 Confident call flow

I'll share with you the call structure I use so you can sound AND feel natural and professional.

✨ Objection responses

I'll give you examples on what to say when they hesitate so you keep the door open and move toward a yes GRACEFULLY.

🛡️ How to close naturally

You will see insurance in a way that you will close deals by solving problems and protecting assets, not by pressuring people.

Course Curriculum

Hi there!

If you’re new to insurance, I already know what you’re dealing with. You’re expected to hit numbers, learn systems, and sound confident on the phone, ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

I was there, too. And it wasn't fun 🙁, which is why I created this course. I’m going to give you a simple, repeatable call flow and the phrases I personally use to move a conversation so the sale doesn't feel awkward or pushy.

I’ve distilled years of experience into this program to give you a roadmap to success without the trial-and-error frustration. Let's get started!

Bonnie R.

The Insurance Sales Queen helped me so much!

As a new agent I was clueless on where to start. She pulled me in the right direction teaching me how to acquire and work my leads.

She is very knowledgeable on exactly what it takes to acquire new business and retain your current clients.

Lakia L.

Very helpful! I reached out because I was not making sales and struggling with my script.

She went through everything with me, gave me some tips and overall support.

I highly recommend working with her! Im still in this industry because of her!

Thank you so much!

Jacque B.

I have received nothing but supportive, and helpful information from The Insurance Sales Queen!

She is always very inspiring, and encouraging!

What if I hate selling?

Selling isn't something that feels natural to most of us. However, this is built around education and integrity. You’ll be learning how to sell from a different perspective: guiding, and protecting, not pressuring.

Will this work for P&C and life?

Yes! The call flow and objection handling apply across lines. You can adapt examples to your products.
